For the 11th day in a row, Victoria has reported zero new coronavirus cases and no additional deaths.
In the past 24 hours, almost 13,000 tests were conducted, with Premier Daniel Andrews announcing that the state had the “highest testing rate” in the country.
The state now has only four COVID-19 active incidents, including one with an unknown source.
The Health and Human Services Department revealed the news a short time ago.

As Victorian health authorities plan to embark on a major test blitz to identify any remaining cases of the virus in former hotspot suburbs, the development comes.
The test drive would be available to everyone in a state first, regardless of whether or not they have symptoms of COVID-19.
