A man was arrested after he reportedly declined to move on during a rally in Melbourne’s CBD against the coronavirus lockout.
Another man, believed to be a Spring Street protest organiser, was fined and moved on almost immediately upon Sunday morning ‘s arrival.
The arrested man walked up and down the street before being questioned by police about his reason to be in town.

He shouted the anti-vaccination rhetoric while he was being arrested.
“I’m not trying to break the law,” he said.
