Two women who potentially exposed thousands of Queeslanders to coronavirus have been identified.
Olivia Winnie Muranga and Diana Lasu travelled to Brisbane from covid plagued Melbourne and have since tested positive to the deadly illness.
The pair is accused of lying to authorities about their travel.
Their actions are being labelled as reckless and a major testing and tracing operation is underway to try and stop the virus spread.
A close friend of the women has since become infected, while multiple Brisbane locations could have been exposed.
