You would be forgiven for thinking that some parts of Melbourne where people have gathered at busy shopping strips, there were no stage four restrictions.
Authorities have begged people to stay inside today as the Victorian capital is hit by sunny weather.
However, this morning, one reporter at Oakleigh in the southwest of the city took photographs showing a busy pedestrian area outside a shopping centre.
The images seem to show a lack of social distancing and a group of elderly residents sat on the strip together.
Some Victorians have taken to social media, saying they are worried about the good weather today and the dropping case numbers of the state will lead Melburnians to believe the pandemic is over.

Premier Daniel Andrews says it was a “beautiful morning” in the Victorian capital and he understands that it makes Melburnians stuck in their home “frustrating.”
He said he had hoped today that it would rain.
