A newborn baby is found dead at a home in Perth. Officers and ambulance officers were called to the Thornlie property on Wednesday shortly before 1 pm.
A spokesperson for St John Ambulance said the mother of the baby was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital, aged in her mid-20s.
Nine News suggests that the baby may have been premature and managed to take just a few breaths.
Yet it’s already been several hours before alerting authorities.
Police were in attendance at the house.
