Before his arrest, another anti-masker filmed himself ranting at police, calling the officers “evil,” and threatening to recite legislation toward them.
Melbourne Man Nick Patterson filmed himself up in front of police at a Melbourne train station. At the start of the video one the officers shake Mr Patterson ‘s head disapprovingly.
“Are you authorised officers under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act?,” Mr Patterson asks the officers.
“It’s interesting, I was reading that Act before, Section 30, it talks about how by instrument you can be attached, ah you can be um, set apart, by instrument as an authorised officer, and it refers you to the Public Administration Act,” he says to the officers.
