Since admitting earlier that he had dismissed its presence, a 33-year-old fitness influencer died of Coronavirus.

On a recent trip to Turkey, Dmitriy Stuzhuk of Ukraine caught the virus.

Upon returning, he was admitted to an overcrowded hospital where he was diagnosed with COVID-19.

His 25-year-old ex-wife said it caused heart problems which proved to be fatal.

To his one million fans, before he tested positive and felt it firsthand, Stuzhuk said he did not believe in the virus.

“I want to share how I got sick and to strongly warn everyone,” he said on Instagram.

“I was one who thought that COVID does not exist…

“Until I got sick.”

Before being released, he spent eight days in the hospital and then rushed back in as his health worsened.

Sofia Stuzhuk, his ex-wife, who is also an influencer, announced his death.

“Only warm memories remain, three beautiful kids and valuable experience,” she wrote on Instagram.

“God, it is so terrible to realise that he is not with us anymore.”
