After suffering injuries on the set of Channel 7 ‘s new show Holey Moley, Denise Drysdale is undergoing hospital surgery.
This morning, Studio 10 entertainment reporter Craig Bennett, who is good friends with Drysdale, spoke about the TV incident and disclosed that the seasoned actor “took a tumble.”
“She’s wound up doing herself a terrible damage,” he said. “She’s in hospital now, she’s going to be OK.”
Studio 10 co-host Sarah Harris said, “she will have surgery today so it’s serious”.
The role of Drysdale on Channel 7’s Holey Moley, which is currently being filmed in Queensland, is unclear.

She is resting and receiving treatment. Denise is a national treasure and everyone is wishing her a speedy recovery.”
A statement was also sent to news.com.au by Drysdale herself, which said: “Mummy took a tumble and broke one of her chicken wings.” The hospital is taking good care of me right now.
