Premier Daniel Andrews says Victoria Police will knock on the door of the conspiracy theorist of a viral video.
After she posted a video of her encounter with a Victorian police officer at a COVID checkpoint, Eve Black, who called Australia’s deadly virus war a “SCAMdemic,” was mocked by the media.
Black spoke to the police officer who came to the window of her car but declined to answer his questions, instead saying, “Did I commit a crime? Before he waves her through, she and the officer go back and forth without showing her any reason for travelling.
“F****** yes,” she exclaims. “I feel so good.”
After deleting all photos from her social media accounts, Black posted a status saying “I regret nothing”.
“I’m just tired of the abuse and threats. Wake up, sleeper,” she wrote.
“Victoria Police have that matter in hand,” Premier told reporters Saturday.
“They are working hard to find that person. And that person will either have a lawful reason to be in regional Victoria or that person won’t, and if they don’t, then Victoria Police, I am confident, will fine them.”
