Just days after Tim Tszyu called out after Bowyn Morgan’s unbeaten star victory, world-class middleweight Michael Zerafa has now announced his next opponent.
The 45-year-old retired after losing to John Wayne Parr in November last year but is scheduled to return to Bendigo against Zerafa on March 13th.
The pair was initially supposed to compete earlier this year but the fight seemed to be off because of COVID.
Mundine and Zerafa met at a press conference on Friday, and things are getting heated.
Mundine (48-10) has lost four of his last five fights and is going up against a man who is 17 years younger than him.
Zerafa (27-4) hasn’t fought since Jeff Horn’s defeat in December last year.
